OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION:

a) PRO-ACTIVE SERVICES

• Collation of all crime information from the community,
• sectors, SCF and website.
• Creation of an extensive data base will ensure constructive
• communication between the SAPS and the community.
• Coordinating of crime prevention operations in sectors
• to crime prevention unit.
• Compilation and distribution of crime information to daily SCCF.
• Distribution of crime patterns, information and observation messages.
• Information and feedback will be communicated through various means, example - email, sms or in person.

b) RE-ACTIVE SERVICES

• Record keeping, follow-ups and monitoring of all case
• file investigations up until court dates and there after.
• Evaluating the procedural flow of case dockets.
• Being the go between, between disgruntled members of the community and SAPS Kameeldrift.
